Community Club Links Evening at The Mountbatten School – Thursday 14 November 2024

The Mountbatten School PE Faculty host an annual Community Club Links Evening to promote Sport and physical activities in our local area.

We are delighted to invite our local primary school teachers, students, and their families to the event. This will be taking place on Thursday 14 November, between 6.00pm – 7.30pm in the Olympic Hall and is a ‘drop in’ event.

There will be several local clubs and coaches attending the evening; the purpose of the evening is to provide valuable information from club representatives in a range of different sports in the hope of engaging more children and young people in physical activity and sport, whether that be to try something new, or to develop skills further in a sport of interest.

An example of some of the sports being represented are:

• Football
• Netball
• Rugby
• Boxing
• Athletics
• Taekwondo
• Dance
• Tennis
• Climbing
• Choi Kwang Do

We are very fortunate to be able to run this exciting evening at Mountbatten with so many providers attending in one central venue. We look forward to welcoming you.
